Shipments

We use BRT 24/48 as a type of courier, and the shipment takes place the day after that of the order or payment (from Monday to Friday), orders paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will leave the following Monday.

Included services:

Cash on delivery (+14€)
Tracking - Once the order has been shipped, a tracking will be inserted, which can be consulted directly from your profile or on the guest page (in case of acousticians without registration)
Return in case of absence- If you are not present, the shipment will be delivered the next day for a total of three attempts.
Depot Stop - Upon your communication, the shipment can be picked up at the nearest BRT office.
